Shade and Shutter Systems’ louvered roof and retractable screen systems has helped to enable the Pelham House Resort in Dennis Port to offer their unique “outdoor” dining experience throughout the winter.

In the words of the Cape Cod Times’ Gwenn Friss, “The view and individually heated space around each table are a treat for New Englanders who don’t usually get to enjoy open-air dining in February and March because it is too cold.”

“It’s amazing,” says McCarthy (managing partner of the Dennis Port resort). “We had people outside with the windows slid open for Sunday brunch in this (single-digit temperature) weather and a lot of them weren’t even wearing a jacket.”
